Voiceflex celebrates 20 Years in Business with continued growth and vision for the future
Voiceflex, one of the UK’s leading carriers of voice solutions to the Channel, is proud to celebrate 20 years in business, marking two decades of innovation, resilience, and transformation.
In 2005, Voiceflex was created to deliver robust SIP trunking services during the early days of IP telephony. At a time when many questioned the reliability of VoIP, Voiceflex’s forward-thinking approach and focus on quality helped establish the company as a trusted partner across the UK.
Over the past two decades, Voiceflex has expanded its portfolio and capabilities, evolving from a pure Telco into a dynamic Techco. The company now offers a wide range of intelligent, scalable voice enablement services, including Flow UCaaS, Ai meeting, Conversational IVR, WhatsApp, and more, all backed by a secure, resilient network.
“We’ve come a long way since 2005,” said James Arnold-Roberts, CEO of Voiceflex. “Our success is rooted in a commitment to innovation and to our Channel partners. While we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved, our focus remains firmly on the future, delivering innovative applications that enable our partners to grow and thrive.”
From ISDN to the rise of unified communications, Voiceflex has helped its partners navigate major technology shifts with agility and confidence.
“When we started Voiceflex, we didn’t just want to be another telecoms provider, we saw the future in IP and an opportunity to do things differently. Building our own public voice network meant we could prioritise flexibility, resilience and innovation. The landscape has changed beyond recognition, but our mission remains the same: deliver great products, support your partners, and always look ahead.”
As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Voiceflex has launched a ‘20 Years in business’ commemorative logo. Voiceflex is set for an ambitious new chapter, with its aim on being the most innovative voice enablement partner in the Channel.
